I'm not sure how much of a true Miyazaki essence there is in this adaptation of Pinocchio, but I admit you've piqued my curiosity. The Miyazaki poetic is understandable especially in light of the Eastern culture it is rooted in, and I would be very surprised to see its seeds in a Del Toro work. We'll see.

I really don't think about watching it, given my lack of interest in series and Burton's work from the last ten years, but that girl over there who resembles Bonham Carter from the '90s costs me quite a bit. I'm a sentimental fool, I know. But it won't be enough.

That "freezer" there is chilling, indeed, but about everything else, me gusta la mañana, as that wild guy Manu Chao used to say. I had left Four Tet back in the days of New Energy, which I think was one of the best releases of 2017. And this one must be nice too, come on.

It started off well, that narration between memories of youth and improbable encounters on the dance floors, but in my opinion, the continuation did not quite meet the expectations (I had certain fantasies where, like in the best scripts, you'd end up attracting the hottest one in the group). As for the Status Quo, what can I say? Nice.
