Planet Funk The Illogical Consequence
Voto:
Well done Giordy, I must say that I have the same impression every time I listen to the PF, to the point that a couple of years ago, back when "The Switch" came out, I genuinely believed they were a foreign group, only to discover with a certain wonder that they were Italian. And with this, I don't mean to say that we Italians should take examples from the English and Americans (we can teach them music), but simply that many Italian singers, with the presumption of wanting to express themselves in English, end up sounding rather provincial, appealing only to those 2-3 silly American enthusiasts who say: "Bella Italia, Pizza e Volare." To be clear, Planet Funk are not provincial; they have truly embodied the spirit of musical extraterritoriality.

I don’t know them. I know that I won’t commit suicide.

Someone should explain to me why, after the review received three 5s and the album a 4, the respective averages, including I don't know which hidden scores, result in 3.40 and 3.50. This is not the first time I’ve noticed it, someone enlighten me, I’m an engineer and I care about these things!

Good job, Hal, I see that this time you more or less didn’t resist. That’s the way to go. And anyway, I also have the feeling that the film is a bit unresolved. I’ll add: the breakup between Kidman and Cruise seems to me incidental, because, listen closely, according to two actors like them, obedient to the sacred Hollywood dogma that "the more you hook up, the cooler you are," they are not capable of discerning the psychological hatchet blows inflicted by Kubrick. If there had been a real induced breakup, well, Cruise should have distanced himself for a longer time from love experiences, in my opinion, instead of magically finding himself in the arms (and thighs) of Cruz. It's a down-to-earth argument, but I think it's true.

Are you serious? Hehehe... come on, if it's true, it's still very interesting.

P.S.: I was joking about the thesis on Kubrick: I wouldn't want some debaserita to come and act like a maniac... everyone is free to do what they want...penance

We in Palermo tease those from the humanities, just as the rest of the world mocks engineers, but in the end, we are the friendliest and silliest of all! Anyway, now you have to tell me what a disgusting degree you got, since on one hand you tease humanists and on the other hand you deride engineers! Hehe, you goofball.

Because, do you know someone who wrote their thesis on Kubrick at DAMS? Tell me, tell me, so we can mock them mercilessly!!!

No, I'm studying Engineering and I still have to graduate, at most, and I'll reveal something to you: I can't stand "2001: A Space Odyssey," in fact, more generally, I can hardly ever fully digest a Kubrick film. Damn, do I really seem that cultured about Kubrick, and I don't even like him that much? So just imagine how I feel about those I really know! I'M A BIG ONE.
