Awaiting your clarification, I want to say something that goes beyond our current discussion regarding the review. I have been very schematic; I have indeed adopted the technique of a serene gaze at reality to try to mediate despair, because the topic is, as always, delicate and, above all, has often been abused through tiresome and predictable moralism. Thus, I did not want to evoke or recount whinings: the entire story speaks of the Holocaust, and there is no need to add redundant words; I limited myself to discussing music and content in a descriptive manner, without forced narratives and lengthy games, without hypocritical embellishments. In that way, we confront pain through pain, which can turn into hypocritical whining. On the contrary, through a serene gaze, we talk about pain as a given fact, and the interpretation is left to the reader of the review. Regardless of this current discussion.

Here we are, Odra. Did you understand what I told you, but did I understand what you observed? I don't know :) I don't understand tout court: you said that listening brings serenity, but I don't see your rating for the album (by the way, Baby T, even if you listened to it quickly, can you really give it a 4? Correct it right away :D), so I observe, reflect, deduce - as Mr. Sonquì used to say - that you haven't listened to the product, and if that's the case, I don't understand how you could speak of a "listening that brings serenity": are you perhaps referring to the reading of this review, equating it to "listening"? Or maybe you noticed, as I thought at first, a rather unusual serenity in what I wrote, implying with that sentence that you find it curious that I experienced a sense of calm while mediating the despair of a listening experience through written words?

I was just listening to Agaetis... truly exceptional, and I fear, unattainable. I will listen to this latest one as soon as possible; as usual, I'm way behind on everything…!

Exactly, Enk, at this point in their career, PFM was limited to excellent catchy songs, now far removed from the fantastic mental gymnastics of "Impressioni di Settembre" and "La Carrozza di Hans." Well done, Cicero, I like your reevaluation of the greats of Italian light music, too good!

Guys, for anyone who wants to delve deeper, I wrote and performed a modified version of Cristina d'Avena's theme song for Kiss me Licia, titled "Kiss me Paola," with a chorus like: "Kiss me Kiss me Paola / Peter is two-colour / he's probably gay / and I'm smarter than him"... anyone who wants the full original lyrics can contact me privately.

I eagerly await news about the ending, in the meantime I'm going to dig out some old Sampei tapes and get emotional. A greeting from the national Pietrone.
