And the body in the elevator? Ajè, after I finish burning myself I wait a bit before starting again, but I don't log out.

Let's indulge ourselves, dear old clueless Odradek...

Oh, how nice, Hal, I missed the brawls with you, nice nice nice. But deep down, damn it, let’s agree, and I don’t understand why you emphasized something that I myself pointed out earlier (ā€œthe crazy flair of a more MODEST Helfgott...ā€)... I reiterate, and I absolutely do not contradict what you just said, that the attention to Helfgott is due to his schizophrenia, and there’s no doubt that a bit more talent has been added compared to the historically actual one.

Odruccio, don’t take it the wrong way, he's a blabbermouth. How silly to imagine you as the cremonini of the situation... I see you more as a Ballo, yes, with a freaky rastafarian soul that teenage girls love. My sister, passionate about all classical culture and auteur cinema from which I've drawn heavily, takes care of recordings and similar things, and this time it's not piracy—there's a licensing fee involved, or even pay-per-view. I handle a bit of Allen myself; I believe the original ones are "Everybody Says I Love You," "Hannah and Her Sisters," and the stunning comic noir "Murder Mystery in Manhattan"... by the way, I also miss Stardust Memories and the award-winning Annie Hall, which I would gladly watch.

Who knows, Ajè, he’s a mysterious type. He scares me when he calls me aside in private: as you well know, I'm a young lad, one of those who doesn’t like to show off much and would be afraid of withering in the hands of some adventurer from overseas... right now, he’s off to work, but I'm afraid that between one ciddì bought and another, he might become a master too, and it won’t just be a privilege of us young pimply ones.

I burn my own copies without any particular deadlines, Ajeje does it often instead; I believe, after all, that in reference to some private triviality (which he mentions among these posts) he has a faulty burner, a few megabytes of capacity, used too frequently, so that by burning and burning he has ended up with a pair of big glasses like Hans the Mole Man.

Ah, now you're calling me Hal? You have too many ideas in your head, but anyway, you know I still care about you, and I add: I don't know if Hollywood delivered the final blow, but it certainly didn't kill him. He was psychologically unstable; the film is quite faithful in portraying his fragile psyche, so don't be absolute. A kiss.

The madness has been emphasized, dear old oak, alongside the curious "musical Stendhal Syndrome" that characterized the incomprehensible states of delirium so evident even in the film... Pollini has led a more regular life, or so it seems; just think if they had the chance to make a film about a pure talent like Pollini and the mad genius of a more modest Helfgott, they would have chosen the former case... :)

Odra, this time I’m following you. I love Allen, and by the way, I’ve been trying for ages to catch Accordi e Disaccordi on the TV, but without success, not to mention some other classics like Interiors and La Rosa Purpurea del Cairo, which I really want to see... do you have a copy in hand? I would be in your debt before I have to find it online, sunk in desperation, just like I was back in the day before I found "Zelig" from our guy, one of those films you like to brag about knowing in public just to say: "Eh, but did you know why the hell the program with Bisio is called that?"... a little gem.
