So even though their creativity has gradually dwindled, they still produced decent albums, with some still notable ideas.

Curious how Kraftwerk managed to release one of the best albums of 2005, even though their creative vein seemed to have run a bit dry since the times of this album, indeed. Evidently, they found a way to renew themselves with this new live dimension, through which they still showcase their prowess. "The Mix" is of high quality for the new interpretations of "The Robots" and "Radioactivity," I agree: after all, it's interesting to see how the Germans implemented a complete turnaround in the latter, opposing the radioactive era with the spoken intro and the altered chorus "STOP radioactivity"... a whole different thing compared to the original, but the result is musically better, paradoxically speaking. And regarding declines and so forth, I do not agree with those critics who disparage their work starting from "Electric Café," also condemning the Tour de France album. I find it a good album, certainly filled with a fair bit of already heard material, but still valid.

Listen, I truly hope that you don’t know "Lucio Dalla." If it’s the opposite, if you dare to go to Cicero’s review and give less than 5 to the album, even by pure chance, I swear I’ll spam you FOR LIFE.

And thankfully he’s a blast... and you give him 4!

Attention, a masterpiece. Masterpiece. A milestone alongside "Com'è profondo il mare" and "Dalla," an album that never falters, dark, nocturnal, bitter. Not by chance "Notte," which, dear Cicero, is indeed difficult to give a rational explanation for, is placed there I believe as an anapodictic piece, just to confirm the nocturnal character of the work. "Milano," I believe, is one of the most beautiful pieces of Italian music: it encapsulates all the mysterious charm of an Italy that struggles between compromises and small enchantments. In the same vein, "L'Anno che Verrà." I quote a note from my loyal friend Baldazzi in the bio-discography on the Bolognese singer-songwriter: "In particular, he confirms (in this album, ed.) a curious attachment to a series of words, images, and signals (train, knife, Christmas, and above all the ever-present moons and stars) that recur continuously in the texts of his production." Great Lucio. To give less than 5 is a crime.

Regarding "Ninetto," I recommend reading Zuckina's interpretation of the same album. As for the rest, well done for capturing the beautiful quote from "Santa Lucia," a piece with a spine-tingling poetic depth. "Disastro aereo" doesn't appeal to me much; it has good inspiration, but the execution feels a bit too lengthy and verbose.
