I like it more and more.

I've been following Modest Mouse since their beginnings (the comparison to the Pixies is too easy, especially since all American indie bands from the '90s onwards have taken something from them), and talking about a pop turn seems ridiculous to me. On the contrary, the last album is a return to the past that's much closer to the sound of their debut. Anyway, I truly believe it’s a masterpiece.

I don't like it, nothing original, and uninspired songs... you can feel Mick Harvey's absence.

I really like this review, as well as the movie which I consider a masterpiece. His second film, julien donkey-boy, is also beautiful. Recommended.

Tsukamoto has certainly created more than two masterpieces, and this is definitely one of them. Technology, however, is a theme that has increasingly faded in his filmography; it’s more apt to talk about the relationship between man and metropolis to be precise. The clash that occurs between life, death, sex, and disease (in this case, as in all his other films) always within the metropolitan context. After all, these were also the themes of Tetsuo if you want to look more deeply into Tsukamoto's cinema. I find the review too labored, and all this roundabout phrasing does not explain the film, but that’s just my opinion.

Poletti, stop talking about cinema. Hopper's direction in this film is perfect, but what are you saying?
Voto:
masterpiece.

but it's not true, everything works on this record... and it doesn't seem to me that Pearce has ever made a bad record.

what an extraordinary film, truly beautiful, the direction excellent as well as the screenplay by cave, the soundtrack with that beautiful violin by ellis, the actors are outstanding and in a state of grace. the photography is then a marvel.

Nice movie but overrated, let's say it's not the masterpiece they want us to believe. Better Bianca.
