But publishers (are you there?) publish any "garbage" that gets delivered to them? Just to understand. Not that I have anything against BS, but as a friend of mine says, there's a limit to everything.

As for the review, I didn’t take it too seriously, and it shouldn’t be taken too seriously. Lightly ironic? Perhaps not for the aficionados, but I hope so for others. The authoritative magazine (and here you can insert your own charming irony) is Mucchio Extra, not exactly newcomers. The list featured a hundred albums, and I must say I’ve bought several of them. After all, if a fan—who doesn’t necessarily have to be a music fan—approaches something they only know marginally, I assume they won’t go in blind; they should have some kind of guide. It’s also clear that not everything can be to everyone’s taste. But to judge music, it needs to be listened to; reading alone isn’t enough. Subjective judgment goes without saying. Still, even at Mucchio, they make their mistakes and have their biases, but it’s the magazine I identify with the most. At the very least, I find them to be genuine, sincere, passionate, and knowledgeable.

Dear kosmo, when I bought this record I hadn't discovered debaser yet. And I believe that everyone listens with their own ears. For example, this record, which makes no sense to me, has its admirers, as I see from the few comments above.
Jethro Tull Stand Up

I had a friend who was crazy about JT. Personally, I’ve always seen them as a genuine folk-rock group forcibly thrown into the cauldron of progressive. Often with results on the brink of kitsch. Passion Play docet.

I liked this album. Big Calm remains their zenith, but this is a decent work. It's said that the last album (without Skye) is quite painful. A rather brief review.
Nick Cave And The Bad Seeds The Boatman's Call

An excellent record reassessed also in light of the recent, not-so-great, works of King Ink. And I think Nick Cave is now an artist in decline. Nevertheless, a formidable review.
Sigur Rós Ágætis Byrjun

Who knows what Sigur Ros are made of to create albums like this. But the album is beautiful. It's the kind of stuff that makes you want to commit suicide. Yet, it's beautiful.
Ryan Adams Rock'n'Roll
Voto:
I've never liked overly prolific artists. Ryan Adams (besides the fact that I would have changed his name since there's already a "Bryan") belongs to this group of artists. I don't have any problem with him, but I've never read anything exciting either.
Genesis From Genesis To Revelation
Voto:
Nice review, but the album is really of little value. Nothing compared to the Genesis that will come shortly after. Such evolution seems unbelievable. For those interested, this CD can be found at a negligible price.

A review that might be appreciated even though personally it leaves me perplexed. I bought this album on cassette several years ago and I wasn't thrilled by it. However, "More than a Feeling" is a classic and by far their most famous song. A quintessential American FM band.
