I own a lot of records that you've reviewed, let's say over 50%, and while I agree that you're incredibly skilled, well-prepared, and have quite an impressive musical background, I can't help but notice that you self-define as the antiquated one of de-baser. Fine! All established. Let's move on.
But it doesn't seem like you've ever reviewed or discussed an album from the third millennium, that is, from the last five years. In short, do you listen to anything current? Roughly speaking, about 200-300 albums come out each month (maybe even more), and is there anything that attracts you? Both the Italian and international markets offer an endless amount of (albeit slightly less quality) inspirations, but it seems like you're living completely outside of it. That said, I stand by my initial remarks.

Thanks Socrates. I'll add it to the shopping list. We'll talk again later.

Record recently bought (I don't find it really hard to find) but I still need to figure out a way and time to listen to it. I also own the subsequent one, which would be the actual debut over a longer format, and alas I agree with what the singer stated. It was, and still is, a disappointment. This should sound completely different too, and not just, by reading what you write.

Even though I proudly carry his nickname, I'm not an absolute fundamentalist of anyone. Even David has released some unpleasant albums (at least for me). Pligh & Premonition and Flux & Mutability, foremost among them. Which side is this on? That "unclassifiable" genre disturbs my sleep. Can someone provide the samples or give me further clarifications?

It’s not true that it’s hard to find. On Fandango, they have the remastered version with several bonus tracks for €14.78. To whom it may concern.

I would also like to know from Grass if he listens to anything modern. Okay, he’s good, okay, he’s the (self-proclaimed) antiquated one from de-baser, but I would like to know if among the hundreds of weekly releases he finds something that suits him. Grass, are you there?

He even bothered to...damn...and with good reason. Among all the names mentioned, I save: Morcheeba, Hooverphonic (the first albums), Red Hot Chili Peppers (at times), and Morissette (Alanis) only for Jagged Little Pill.

For the umpteenth time, I find myself on this page. The album has been listened to, for now only a couple of times. It seems to me inferior to Breath From Another. It also seems that they've changed genre; there's little to nothing left of trip-hop. Not bad, but barely more than listenable. Damn it, this 2005 isn't a great year.

Alright, let's forget about the sex side and get back to music. But do you listen to anything modern? Any recent releases?
