Apart from the fact that we are two (who are agreeing with you) against one, so I'm already losing from the start. Anyway, Lord: with me, you can engage in any kind of discussion. I’m almost 44 years old and I consider myself an open, willing, and democratic person. Everyone has their own tastes and ideas, but that’s another matter. However, it seems to me that you both are speaking as fans and not as athletes.

Since the dawn of time, the greatest Pink Floyd have been those from the debut with Syd Barrett. And then, can't I read? But what does it mean "...if not, how can it be explained that he made history and La Crus did not?...".............what history would he have made? The history of Italy? Dear davejohngilmur, with all due respect, get with the times, we are in 2006.

People like Ligabue and Fossati!!! Alright, I’ll stop here. Let me know who your must-save names in Italy are instead. As for Gilmour making music history, I think that's just your own opinion. I've never read that anywhere. One last thing: La Crus are definitely not a boy band. In fact, they're quite unattractive. Well!!!

Dear Davejongilmour, I can understand that you don't like La Crus and I'm not debating that. But supporting Lord in his ramblings when he says it's tired music, incredibly slow, wretched, that doesn't even manage to climb the charts (and that last point is bullshit that speaks for itself and means nothing), while then calling a masterpiece "On An Island," which is the prototype of tired, incredibly slow, wretched music that climbs the charts, seems rather inconsistent to me. Sure, but there’s David Gilmour playing there, and here are La Crus, can you compare?

Dear Lord, I hope your comment is just a joke. All the names you mentioned aren't even aware of the existence of "Il vino" by Piero Ciampi or "Angela" by Luigi Tenco. You’ve grouped them with names that show your musical incompetence. Unless it's just a joke.

If BDB starts to lose its touch as well... still commendable is the reasonable launch price... at least that...

I've read mixed reviews everywhere. Curious and, why not, tempted by the price (10.90 euros), I bought it to figure out what kind of album it was. A personal opinion, of course, but in my view, it’s nothing more than a self-indulgent exercise in style. In the long run, it becomes tedious, and by the time you reach the end, it feels like you haven't listened to anything at all. Sure, it sounds very much like post-Barrett Pink Floyd, but in 2006, I'm not sure how much that was needed.

Great La Crus. In truth, this album is a bit raw, but you can already hear the potential that would later be fully expressed. Do you know what the cover is? It's a wall.

And to think that what he will earn with this album, by raping other people's songs, is a pipe dream for almost all other singers. Anyway, for the next album, I take the liberty of suggesting the title "I'M KEEPING QUIET." Damn, it's clear even from these things that the world is turning upside down.

Original and captivating review. I only have "Rose" by Hecker, which I find lovely. There are those artists who can be divisive for the very emphatic and cathartic way they sing, which may not appeal to everyone. I will definitely have to get this one and maybe also the latest, even though I haven't heard any great things about it. Infinite Love Songs, on the other hand, seems to be out of print.
