you can feel this. wined and dined is a great song, there are some interesting parts. but madcap laughs is a torment: they left on the record the pieces where barrett stammers and raves between songs.. it's offensive, it's stuff for morbid fans. there is something good, a glimmer of clarity every now and then, golden hair.. overall, though, it's a struggle to listen to that record.

Hal, in my opinion, you get too lost in abstractions. What I'm talking about, I've experienced firsthand, fortunately, but I’ve still lived it. And it made me understand and grow. When I talk about confusion of the sexes, I mean confusion of ROLES (not the kind of woman locked behind the stove and stuff like that, let’s leave the bullshit aside). This is something very wrong, since men and women are genetically predisposed to play different roles. I don’t know if I’m being clear, but you can only grasp this concept if you live it, not by reading it in history books or on debaser.

I agree with Frangipane. We make women fall in love with talent, with the ability to amaze them. Women use entirely different strategies.. gender equality (meaning equal rights for men and women) is a sacred thing, of course! But it should not be confused with the CONFUSION of the sexes, which is not a healthy thing. It's absurd to talk about sexism when a producer refuses to produce a woman. Producers act to make money; they don't care about sex or color. Masculinism is an alibi that many women hide behind, rejecting their fragility and femininity to defend themselves and avoid suffering, but it's pointless. I have been living for almost 22 years with a repentant ex-feminist, and I have understood that feminism has been a gigantic illusion. The illusion of women thinking they don't need a man. Meanwhile, men know very well that they are nothing without a woman by their side :)
