It's not true, Salvatores makes great cinema, but he can't be compared to Orson Welles. They are completely different: style, themes, content, message. And in my opinion, this film was pioneering, because it anticipated Existenz and the Matrix trend. It's in the style of films like Memento and Fight Club... Therefore, it's cinema that experiments. And I would say it's of high quality. 5 to Salvatores.
