I saw Sonic Youth this summer at the Independent, and no offense, huh... but I think I’ve never attended a more awful concert. Completely unable to play... or maybe they were just really high... they definitely forgot the harmony at home. Then, I listened to Sonic Nurse... and it’s no use, I don’t like them... what genre do they play ----> are you sure that NOBODY is dissing Sonic Youth?? :/

Anyway, he also messed up writing a song: he wrote THE BATTLE OF EVERYMORE instead of THE BATTLE OF EVERMORE. But then, folk metal????? And who the hell tells you that Led Zeppelin is metal??? Glitch, regarding satanism, I agree with you... the words are not those, and just because they sound alike doesn’t mean they correspond to what most idiots believe. A piece of advice to The Clash: GET INTO HORSE RACING.

I really don't understand why you attack Sonic Youth, who have written some of the most important pages in the history of rock... anyway, Daydream Nation is an incredible masterpiece, and the best track on the album, and perhaps of the entire group, is Teenage Riot. Regarding the Led, what the hell do you care about what critics thought a hundred years ago? I mean, even if it were a contemporary critique, do you despise the Led just because some unscrupulous critics say so? Well, anyway... maybe my review should have been more detailed (actually, it should have been), but in the end, I'm just happy to have gotten closer to Thurston, Kim, Lee, Steve (and even Jim) and to have seized the opportunity to review one of their albums (which is fantastic, by the way)... Sonic Youth are simply great, that's it.
