What a drag with this story that Kurt Cobain was just a junkie, and that he couldn’t play… it’s old news! Everyone knows he didn’t invent grunge (which, by the way, never really existed), he just made it known to millions of kids. A good thing? A bad thing?? Who cares, but why does it irritate you when someone starts selling millions of records? It’s clear that after his death he became a poster and T-shirt idol for kids, we all know how these things go, it’s not like Grohl, Novoselic, and Cobain decided it at the round table! “Okay Kurt, so you shoot yourself in the face and we’ll triple our sales, alright??” I want to see how many bands today would have the guts to release an album like “In Utero” after smashing it with that pop jewel coated in guitars that was “Nevermind”! ANYWAY, AS YOU SAY, AND AS EVERYONE NOW KNOWS, THIS BOX SET IS A REAL PIECE OF CRAP… to be carefully avoided except for 2/3 songs (Old Age above all).

A heartfelt but quite normal review. A rather poorly produced album, as it suffers from the "all-consuming bass" syndrome, as Renzulli himself said, with a sound that is too overpowering compared to his guitar...

I totally agree, this DVD really sucks, ridiculous, utterly ridiculous... when I think about the fact that they sued Napster, I feel like selling all of their CDs. Rich, bored classics, without an ounce of creativity, lacking even a hint of drive. Spoiled and out of touch!
