What I heard on their MySpace didn't appeal to me.

agreed on everything except for the CDs. What do CDs have to do with Live Earth? And you could have criticized the participants of Love Earth more... anyway, long live misinformation and common sense!!

I've never been able to stand Italian prog groups. My now-past idiosyncrasy towards virtuosity combines with my frequent annoyance at singing in Italian. But you really intrigued me; I think I'll give these a listen. Is the record available, or do I need to ride the mule?

I always try to stay away from Italian hip-hop... it just doesn't attract me... and the beats always sound old.

Oh yes, who knows what you really do before listening to this album, Fabrizio. Anyway, this review is beautiful, you’ve made me so eager to listen to this album (and I really love the cover too). Great job, Mien!!!

In the other review, you mentioned that Miles Davis is not just Kind of Blue and Bitches Brew, so I was hoping you would review something else; that would have been better. I understand your intention, and you did a good job, but this information can practically be found everywhere. If you had reviewed a less famous album, I think many would have thanked you more sincerely. I don't know the album well; I've only heard it a few times from a friend, and I liked it. But I don't know why I've never bought it/downloaded it...

Velvet Underground and Frank Zappa in lowercase, all the others uppercase. What's that? The Velvets and good old Frank annoy you? Just kidding. Great entertaining review and I guess some nice music too... maybe a bit distant from my recent listens, but interesting.

Thank you all... Fenni as usual, you're making me blush. @Schuldiner: I mostly agree with you, but it's a deliberate choice. I didn't want to discuss this album, just to point it out (and perhaps it's even harder to find a balance and avoid endless digressions). @Odra: my dear, I had a feeling you knew about this too and you’re right, 5 is definitely too much. In reality, I wanted to give it a 4 (even though it's a generous 4 for me), but I accidentally missed one star. If any editors happen to pass by and want to correct it, they'd be welcome; also, since we're at it, I missed a repetition: at the beginning of the second paragraph the word "tempo" was mistakenly typed twice, could you delete one? Thanx!

Do you have any Kosmo to offer? Because I've been told that you can't find it here...
Soulfly Live @ Salento Summer Festival 17.08.07

But what does your opinion have to do with it? It matters how you express it. I couldn't care less if you love the old Sepoltura; you simply can't start with phrases like "What the hell is this music???!!!! What the hell are you talking about??? Look, when I read this bullshit, I really want to throw up." Or call someone ignorant without knowing them. You can certainly say that Soulfly suck or that the reviewer’s tastes are pathetic, but you need to say it with some tact and maybe provide reasons; otherwise, you just come off as a contentious ignoramus.
