surely the lowest step of the latest Battiato (the one uncertain between pop, electronics, and experimentation): I’ve heard it a few times from my girl and I wouldn't give it more than 2.5. the review wouldn’t even be too bad, were it not for certain truly absurd constructions, the constant and pedantic quoting of the lyrics, and the obscene track-by-track. in my opinion, Gianca is a fake of the same Ihsahn, created to raise the average and comfort himself.

I'm totally clueless about Italo-disco, but reading your reviews gave me a nice idea... you're always great, keep it up!

if you really want to use Latin, at least use it correctly: "repetita juvant". Anyway, I get what you're trying to say... but I'm suggesting an underlying thread that you keep ignoring. bye...

@Supersoul: if I point out to you that there is a double level of interpretation (clumsy and inexperienced Batman, not incompetent Nolan), you call me ignorant? I can afford to judge this film from two perspectives: that of someone who wants to enjoy a nice action movie and that of a Batman enthusiast. Can you do the same? By the way, I never said that Burton's two Batmans are bad; on the contrary, they are simply beautiful and entertaining; I just said that if you know the subject at least a little, certain choices by Tim are irritating and embarrassing, and therefore this film is definitely more satisfying from certain viewpoints.

beautiful little page Preta'! I don’t know the album, but lately I’ve fallen in love with the solo debut of the good Foxx, Metamatic... this one is definitely a 5-star album as well. goodnight...

Honestly, this film outshines the first two Batmans without any problem. Burton or no Burton, the first film was truly an offense to every Batman fan (the Joker killing little Bruce's parents was really a crazy thing), but okay, it was super entertaining. However, this Batman Begins combines both aspects in a compelling way. It's excellently shot; I don't understand who complains about the action scenes: just think about the fact that we're facing an inexperienced Batman who is not yet at the peak of his training (read stories like Shaman and Gothic that more or less talk about the same period). And the Tibetan setting isn’t Nolan's brainchild, but rather Frank Miller's (author of Year One, from which this film heavily borrows characters, script, and situations); so those who criticize are ignorant because they don’t know what they’re talking about. In short, someone has finally managed to fuse the real Batman with good cinema; what more could you want? @Blackdog: you’ve never read a Batman comic in your life, have you?! Anyway, between this film and Superman Returns, I believe there isn’t much difference: this one is darker, the other more pop, but both are enjoyable to watch.
