This review is sharp and caustic. Have you heard the Drive-By Argument? In my opinion, they are a notch above almost all the Clash epigones in the British indie scene (not that I'm an expert).

I heard a beautiful album and I want to share it with you, Zair: it's called Watina, released last year, by Andy Palacio & The Garufana Collective. Andy Palacio was the Minister of Music in Belize before passing away prematurely in January 2008, and he was named a UNESCO Ambassador for Peace. Watina skillfully combines the music of his country with rock and reggae feelings: it is, very likely, the most poetic and sincere album I have this year. It can be easily found on peer-to-peer; if you have any trouble, just let me know. I hope you like it...
