Bill Laswell Lo Def Pressure

appreciable effort to present an artist who is not too famous, without resorting to exaggerated praises or convoluted arguments, perfect mediation between inspiration, interest, and erudition. Unfortunately, he is only known to me for some works with Jah Wobble and as a name associated with a certain dub (I hope I'm not getting it mixed up)... I will look into it further.
Lars Von Trier Dancer In The Dark

Aside from Bjork (when she sings in the factory or on the tracks, it’s like a universal flood, not just a tear), this film is hateful. My relationship with Von Trier started and ended here.
Christopher Nolan Memento

Mr. Film, revisited after centuries on Monday afternoon... amazed just as much, if not more, than the first time. The cast is quite good as well, and then the body art weaves its way through the entire film... top marks from my humble point of view. And Nolan is really talented, even his other films are great: the first and immature Following, the tormented Insomnia (with an orgasmic Al Pacino and some breathtaking sequences), and the last deceptive The Prestige... I just need to catch up on Batman Begins, I’ll have to take care of that.
