Guillermo Del Toro Il Labirinto Del Fauno

Ok, maybe The Prestige is better... but this one deserves all the best tricks and the best scenery. Black Dahlia is really disappointing. It's clear that Nolan's film should have won the Oscar for Best Picture...

Okay, but it's a conceptual coordinate that's right only in some cases and wrong in most. It's accurate for the occasion, but misleading for everything else.
Cluster Cluster II

Well, Eno simply kicked off in music an artistic conception that had already been influencing various disciplines for half a century. Let’s say he was a bit like the Duchamp of music, making it clear that to be artists it is not strictly necessary to be craftsmen. Therefore, the title of non-musician is well-deserved and truly fitting.

I also go for a 4.5. I won't rate the review because 1 is too much.

Dearest reviewer, I can only agree with dear Supersovrano and Cptgaio (though I disagree with the former on the evaluation of Big Fish). Moreover, your last comment demonstrates a truly annoying arrogance. I would like to further emphasize that this is not a children's film, but a perfectly executed gothic film that disguises a political tragedy like Francoism with fairy tale/horror themes. Besides, it doesn't even have a clichéd happy ending... Long live filmmakers like Del Toro, if they make blockbusters to fund films of this caliber.

Okay, maybe it's a cool thing to say, yet it's not provable. In the end, cases like this one or Arthur Russell are exceptions...

A bit raunchy, but it gets the point across and it totally fits. Beautiful title, No Pussy Blues... I think I really have to get this one.

Good review. However, electropop loses me almost immediately... cover, name, and title are absolutely a full 5. Later I’ll drop by MySpace to give it a listen.

My knowledge of kraut is rather limited, and I only know the Cluster in pairs with Eno: yet I prefer them a lot more than the things I've heard from Tangerine Dream and Popol Vuh. However, I really like the review, clap clap!!
