Type in Italy, on June 30th at the Gods Of Metal, with Ozzy and Korn! I'm basically already there!

Nooooo, I wanted to write the review of Dead Again! Anyway, no worries, I’ll do it when I listen to the original CD, some arrangements can always change. By the way, September Sun is stunning, Dead Again, These Three Things, and She Burned Me Down are nice too, but The Profits Of Doom and Some Stupid Tomorrow are the tracks I’ve been waiting and praying for years. The rest isn’t bad, but I still need to listen carefully (I downloaded it 4 hours ago) and read the lyrics. "This recording is the property of Type O Negative, Brooklyn, New York."

Following the same logic, I could say to you "since you say that the last two albums by Type are mediocre, you do it yourself!". What kind of reasoning is that? Film critics are not asked to know how to act and similar skills, yet they express judgments on actors, direction, etc. In the same way, I express a judgment on a review; that doesn't mean I would know how to do it myself, so, unlike others, I wouldn't dare to. However, on this site, people are asked to judge both the subject of the review and the review itself, and I've done that, like everyone else, so I don't see the problem.

If I like the last two more, I can't help it. I always give them the highest ratings because I think they deserve it, except for Bloody Kisses which for me is a 4 and not a 5. Clearly, I give high ratings because I always like them; someone else might give them average scores, others low scores: we are here to write our opinions, right?
Do you think I didn't consider writing a review of Type? Of course I did! I wanted to review Life Is Killing Me because it was missing, but what would come out of my hands would be more of a treatise on Peter Steele than anything else, so I abandoned the idea. Anyway, there's a review of Type that I liked: World Coming Down by Senmayan. I don't throw tomatoes at everyone, only at those who deserve it, and I'm firmly convinced that before reviewing an album, you should also know the content of the lyrics; otherwise, you risk talking about something you don't know.

Oh, by the way, the new Type CD comes out on March 13 in the USA + Canada, March 16 in Germany, and March 19 in Europe (if you're Asian, Australian, or African, tough luck). I've been waiting for it too long; I can't wait!!!

The Beatles aren’t here? But have you ever heard "we were electrocuted"?? It even goes "na, nananana"! I can hear them here and there. Anyway, I didn’t like this review of TON either. Why do you insist on saying that Peter is crazy and misogynistic? Then the misogyny regarding "How Could She" is ridiculous: I picture a poor guy in his 40s on his couch in front of the TV asking Morticia Adams (I can’t name them all) "why doesn’t she love me anymore?" What’s misogynistic about that? Should I conclude that it's common to review albums without even reading the lyrics and providing context?
Anyway, although I really love "Slow Deep and Hard" and "October Rust," I have to say that my favorites are "World Coming Down" and "Life Is Killing Me"; I find them more personal and infinitely more decadent because of that sense of resignation (The Dream Is Dead, Everyone I Love Is Dead, Everything Dies). And then "Anesthesia" is one of the most beautiful songs that Peter has ever written! Sorry for the verbosity.

This is the MySpace page address of Julyia, the interviewer of the TON, damn she’s hot! She could even spark lesbian desires in me!

Do you mean Juliya? I think I read on a site that reviewed SFTD that she is a lesbian, but I'm not sure; I didn't pay much attention to it. This is the only information I have.
