True kosmo, I always get annoyed at the girls who say they listen to Metallica by suggesting they probably only listen to Nothing Else Matters, which is the one that all girls like. The funny thing is they get angry because they feel like they’re just like everyone else, but then it’s true, they only listen to that one... you can tell that the flow of groupies started to decline due to aging and they wanted to include a ballad to melt the ladies in their live shows...

Garm is not a genius, but a zealous black metal enthusiast with socialization problems who studied classical guitar. That said, I agree with the judgment, although calling it a "masterpiece" seems a bit much to me. Kveldssanger is much more beautiful; that one really stands out from the monotony of black and offers something interesting (but certainly not innovative). As for the review, mmh you’re losing me a bit, where’s the irony? Where are the catchy phrases? :)
