I THINK THAT SOMEONE IS TRYING TO KILL ME! I love this album, I've been listening to it non-stop for a month and I feel brutally in love with these four bastards! Beautiful, beautiful, and again beautiful, varied, powerful, and it sounds fresh, damn if it sounds fresh. It’s love, I’m sure of it!!!! Go leviatanooooooooooooooooooooooooooo ooooooo!!!! and thanks moon!

Slipknot Vol. 3 (The Subliminal Verses)

You are all very metal, long live obtuseness! The album had disgusted me, a lot, but lately I re-listened to it and I don't find it bad at all, definitely moooolto better than IOWA which felt more like a collection of unreleased tracks than a real album. There's a bit of a drop in style, especially towards the end, but I found quite a few nice songs, above all Vermillion, the proof that you can do nu-metal without being repetitive and "cookie-cutter" like most bands in the genre. They had the courage to experiment and give a twist to their sound that was lacking in ideas and freshness. Great drumming and, as always, excellent vocals from Corey; I hope they do even better with the next one. An almost 4.

I'm gradually re-evaluating it after the poor impression from the first listens... a 3.5...

At the time, I liked it a lot initially, but I got tired of it after a few weeks... a bit flat and clichéd in my opinion, but it's been a while since I last heard it.
