It's a review I've had in mind, but I couldn't have said it better than my friend. Stan is a modern storyteller whom I greatly appreciate.

The bad reputation of the '80s is probably largely due to records like this one, which are wrongly elevated to emblems of that era. However, I agree with ege when he says that albums like this capture, perhaps more than other "more important" ones, the spirit of the time. As far as I'm concerned, I confess to being inclined to turn a blind eye. I will never speak ill of a record I danced to at sixteen. And who could forget those backing vocalists...

After a vacation partially ruined by dark clouds and rapidly approaching storms, and I’m not just referring to the weather, reading the comments from pacino, sylvian, and the other friends—not just on this review—helps me get back in a good mood.
P.S. Nildo, having modestly contributed to the dissemination of this masterpiece is more than enough of a reward for me. However, I would be curious to know why you didn’t like the review, given that you’re also a fan of the album.
