Thank you for the kind and generous recent contributions. I wanted to ask the editors, since I have some reviews scattered across the web written in the last couple of years, if I could add them to the site. They are not new and there might be some duplicates, but I would really like to gather them right here, where my "career" began. You’ll always be able to say you have my complete works... prrrrrrrrrrrrrr, a raspberry to Eduardo De Filippo. :-)

Sometimes they come back, like in a Christmas movie, but by Tim Burton. ;-) I thought I could make up for lost time by simply changing the year, but that's still not within my powers. Happy 2010 to everyone, of course Odradek! :-)

Thank you all, to the new and the "old". I take this opportunity to wish you a happy 2009.

But then where are the possible similarities? What are you referring to?

What does it mean? I don't know when the review you mentioned was written, but I can assure you that it wasn't there when I wrote mine in 2005.

I don't mind the last one at all... as you know, I don't suffer from diabetes.

I agree: one of the best of the year. I would have liked to review it, and it's not ruled out that I will. It seems good to me for all seasons.

Lost, the conspiracy thesis, if I may, is your fanciful interpretation, at least as far as I'm concerned. The conspiracy involves an organized group; I just called out a guy. I don’t know how long you’ve been hanging around here, but I can assure you that I’ve always taken into account all the inconveniences you listed, all the varieties of judgment, the pettiness, and I’ve absorbed them, more or less well, in the name of the pleasure of writing about music and exchanging opinions. After all, if I had left after the first 2 or 3, my reviews would have been very few.
I talked about a specific fact that, in my opinion, goes beyond what I was willing to tolerate. My intention was not to play the "victim." I’ve had even tougher exchanges, very few, which I’ve regretted later, but always at the end of reviews. Moreover, I decided quite some time ago not to publish anything else on DeBaser, without slamming the door and without any complaints. I just intended to tell Bisius, the one behind that nickname, what I really thought of him. I took a stone out of my shoe. That’s all. If you’re fine with DeBaser as it is, I have nothing to say. But please spare us the noble father lecture. No one has invoked "the good old days." I simply stated, and someone like Nickghostdrake had the courage to confirm it, that there is a strong discomfort, that the site has deteriorated. For you to support such a thing means "to weigh down the atmosphere." Perhaps you are right, and therefore you have decided, not since today, to make it more rarefied.
