In agreement with Easycure. From what I've heard, it seems like an album that's very below expectations, much lower than the previous one. You can also tell from the various reviews out there that they are trying hard to save a band that's, all in all, quite likable.

Anyway, Kraurocksampler is a nice book. It may not be perfect, but it doesn't aim to be; it's a book written by an enthusiastic fan who wants to introduce good music during a time (1994) when we were far from the availability of the krautrock catalog that we have now.

it's the same opinion as Cope because this is a copy and paste from Cope's book so screw you dear Mr. De-cano. And at the same time, it's not Cope's opinion because Cope clearly states that this is also a great album and that he didn't understand it at the time due to perception issues related to the moment, not the value of the album.
