Given the endless and outrageous quantity of vinyl records out there, I think so :DD

Honestly, in "Kid A," and also in "Amnesiac," I feel much more of the influence of Warp's electronica (Squarepusher, Aphex Twin etc...), but if they say they were inspired by DJ Shadow even better :D "The Private Press" is stunning too!

Constitutional Law is interesting but lengthy; during my first year, I took Philosophy of Law (a fair 22 after 5-6 hours of waiting) and the legendary yet pointless History of Roman Law (got a solid 26, with the assistant sharing his life story). Oh, and then I attempted Private Law in July with zero preparation (an embarrassing blank scene :DDD).

Axelrodian (oops, I wrote axelrodina!!) in the sense that the piano is taken from "The Human Abstract" by David Axelrod, a composer and musician who has greatly influenced Shadow and has been practically plundered by everyone (DITC, Pete Rock, etc...)! In 2001, even one of his albums was released on Mo' Wax, Shadow's label, and they say it's soooo beautiful ;)

I love the piece by Louis Bacalov in the OST of the first one, "The Grand Duel" :)

Yes, Bjork samples in "Mutual Slump" :) You can find Zarrillo's sample in "What Does Your Soul Look Like (Part. 1)" when you hear: "E C'ERA GIAAAAA', QUESTO AMORE CHE VIVIAMO, TANTO TEMPO FAAAAA C'ERAAAAAAAAAAAA GIAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA'!!!" :DDD I genuinely wonder how many records this man (to me he is a God) has to sample even ZARRILLO!!! o_O

Here's an album from 2004 that I haven't been able to listen to and I've heard great things about. Thank you for reminding me to give it a listen! Well done, Hum :)

Ah, anyway, a note: the tracklist says there are 13 tracks but doesn’t take into account some interludes (Transmission n.1, 2, 3). In fact, there are 16 tracks. Just to be precise :) Bye!
