Very beautiful review, but with disturbing images that do not motivate me to listen.

The term paragnost (from the Greek parà, near, and gnosis, knowledge, cognition) refers to a person who would possess paranormal abilities, particularly the ability to know things through unconventional channels of knowledge, mostly through ESP phenomena of retrocognition (commonly understood as clairvoyance directed towards the past).
The paragnost, when in contact with an object (so-called inducing object), would be able to recount the object's history without knowing anything about the object itself. In pseudoscientific literature, there are descriptions of cases where an object can serve as a "support," a "help" to achieve the psychological state suitable for retrocognition.
Christopher Nolan The Prestige

Slow, verbose, rhetorical, didactic, and at times unintentionally comedic (the scene with the cat).
Christopher Nolan Oppenheimer

"Ambitious" is not necessarily a positive adjective; it more so indicates a person trying to build a gigantic house of cards, which the slightest breath of wind will inevitably sweep away. For me, Nolan's films are just that: gigantic constructions, overly elaborate, full of captions and unnecessary explanations, which would have come out better if Cristoforo had made everything simpler, humbler, and more palatable.

This time you got very close to my shores. I know the album with "At Last," but not this one: I will listen to it.

Welcome back with a great recommendation. I'll listen to it, and maybe I'll finally catch up on his/their discography.

I would have gladly attended the Young Fathers' live show. As for Slowdive... I prefer the electronic turn of "Pygmalion."
P.S.: Sicily is marvelous.

'I'm really into this garasg on DiBbeiser. At a glance, it doesn't seem like my thing, but I liked the review 👍
