Consider yourself really lucky; it’s very unlikely they will meet again in person, at least after the latest developments in Roni Size's "clubbettone e impasticcate" sound. It's unlikely there will be an "Ultra-Obscene Vol. 2" :/

I personally find it hard to define a Trip-Hop group; it’s kind of like Grunge—I still haven't figured out what the hell that is. I mean, Trip-Hop includes Massive Attack, Portishead, Tricky, Morcheeba, Smith & Mighty; even DJ Shadow was labeled Trip-Hop when "Endtroducing" came out, and these are all discussed within the Bristol scene... Can you tell me what these people have in common? Because I’d like to know :D

I, like a fool, a few years ago picked up "Hitchhiking...", ignoring the existence of this album which, according to many, is far superior. Great review.

Beautiful samples, it’s really nice that records of this kind are being produced in our country. 5 of respect :)

The problem isn't the band, it's the kind of music that doesn't lend itself to live performances :o

I love electronic music (by electronic I mean Drum'n'Bass, IDM, glitch, minimal electronics, Warp artists, etc., just to be clear), but I have a chronic intolerance for the gothic stuff like Dead Can Dance (unbearable, sorry Cleo I know you'll kill me :D). That said, should I approach this album or steer clear? :))

Post-Hardcore among the genres? Are we serious?
