Well, I mean, an animated film that references Kurosawa, Sergio Leone, and Shakespeare seems already "a big deal," as the youngsters say today. And if you add Hans Zimmer's soundtrack to the mix... I remember seeing it in theaters back in the day; we're about the same age.
