Swallow The Sun Hope
Voto:
Of course, to "swallow the sun," you need a really big mouth and a spacious stomach lined with asbestos... :D
Minor Threat Minor Threat

The cover is incredibly similar to that of "And Out Come The Wolves" by Rancid! ,-)) I absolutely disagree with the criticism of hippies: '68 may not have won any ideological revolution, but it triggered a total change in customs and ways of doing things, undoubtedly laying the foundation for every modern lifestyle...
Caparezza Habemus Capa

A character who is certainly interesting, who, in the desire to please a little bit everyone, risks not being appreciated by anyone...
Mario Biondi and the High Five Quintet Handful Of Soul

I really enjoyed her duet with Amalia Grè at Sanremo... A great voice and a beautiful album with an international vibe... Italians do it better! ;-)
Silicone Soul Staring Into Space
Voto:
I wasn't very thrilled by it; I prefer "A Soul Thing," which seems to me a more cohesive and successful album (even if at times a bit monotonous, especially due to the lack of "vocals"). This "Staring Into Space" feels a bit "out of time," especially considering the release date and the modern trends in club culture, which make it sound a bit too outdated... Just a personal opinion, of course... ;-)

I prefer the first album, anyway... Hello! :-)

The track is "Right On 4 Tha Darkness," which has two versions: the one featured on the debut album of Silicone Soul, "A Soul Thing," from 2000, and the beautiful Radio Edit, featuring the voice of Clare Louise Marshall... By the way, for that piece, Silicone Soul sampled a beautiful track by Curtis Mayfield, which, coincidentally, is called "Right On For The Darkness"... ;-)
30 Seconds To Mars A Beautiful Lie

I don't mind...
Shinya Tsukamoto Tetsuo - The Iron Man

It is said of an ordinary man who, while shaving one morning, casually discovers a strange thread coming out of his face (a moment reminiscent of Pirandello) <-- More than Pirandello, almost Kafkaesque... ;-) Magnificent film and excellent review...
