DJ Spooky & Dave Lombardo Drums of Death
Voto:
DJ Spooky is truly a unique and unpredictable character... I love his earliest works, especially "Riddim Warfare," an extraordinary album that feels incredibly ahead of its time even today... It's a shame he sometimes gets lost in projects that are a bit too pretentious, like the recent "Optometry" (which I still find more interesting) and this "Drums Of Death," which is a bit too excessive...

I actually didn't mind it... Maybe you could have elaborated a bit more, but the fact is that, even though I'm not a big fan of the genre, your opinion piqued my interest... :-)

The cover and the title are beautiful, anyway... Did they really do a sequel?

Bloc Party might be a bit pretentious, but I like them (at least the first album).... :D

Usually, I send all the "vaffas" back to the sender, especially if they are unjustified... Taking it out on a screen isn't the best option, though, so we can just let it slide, come on...

The soundtrack is truly amazing... A perfect blend of Psychedelia, Funk, Ambient Jazz, Lounge/Exotica... A real "sexadelic dance party"!! :-))
