You're a bit of an intellectual, uncle :P I saw him live in Naples, at the Basilica of San Giovanni Maggiore. An ancient church, I read, from the Paleochristian era. An experience that's definitely hard to forget.

I often see him on TV programs as a commentator. I will be honest: he doesn't inspire much sympathy in me. The writing seems more like a synopsis from the back cover than a review. Personally, I would have elaborated and added a few more reflections.

It is certainly commendable for a person not to hide their weaknesses, who uses music in a therapeutic way, perhaps to overcome an extremely negative period they have recently experienced. I must say, however, that I dusted off "The College Dropout" and the impression was still the same: an album from a mediocre rapper, not even that talented as a producer. In short, it didn't encourage me to explore his discography back then, and it hasn't now either. This scares me; it seems that the good Kanye has also gone off the rails. Should I give it a try?
