I listened to it again recently. Even in "Deadringer," RJ had shown how tight the hip-hop producer label felt to him. In this album, he moves even further away from the Double H: it's musically more varied, but at the same time more dispersive and less successful than the debut. It's a shame because it starts well, but it loses a lot of momentum in the middle section. Towards the end, it picks up again (the "rap" track featuring Tage is one of the best), but it doesn't feel like a completely successful album to me. Three stars.
PS: among the collaborations, I would have mentioned MHZ and the Soul Position project.
