Recently, I tried to reread "The Elementary Particles," but I couldn't. I don't doubt his writing skills, but I believe he has a vision that is too raw and nihilistic, even though some of his observations are absolutely valid (the lack of feelings in today's society, the crisis of the family, etc...). I must add that a 700-page book somewhat intimidates me. You, as always, are great.
