Ahahahaha, great ending! Maybe it is, it's such an excessive record that can be fully appreciated in a live setting. I find that it has excellent musical insights, but the monumental length and the "non-language" of the Cane make everything tough and difficult to tackle. You’re good at describing your feelings.

I have only seen "The Witch" and I found it beautiful. Isn't it that these directors, when they have Hollywood budgets at their disposal, end up drying up, losing a bit of their inspiration?

Well, I like the songs he presented at Sanremo, especially "Amen." He has interesting ideas, the lyrics are ironic and intelligent, and the sound isn't bad either. Of course, I don't know how much his long play could be worth; maybe I’ll try to listen to something.
Let's move on to the review. I've often heard his name associated with Battiato's, especially during the time of "Occidentali's Karma." With all due respect to Gabbani, Battiato has a decidedly greater artistic depth, and I find this comparison a bit excessive. As for the analysis of the album, perhaps you could have said something else to make your writing more personal.

Very nice album, to which I am attached as it was one of the first CDs I bought. I agree on the superior quality of Alma's musical proposal, but it should be added that 99 Posse from the late Nineties/early 2000s improved their sound compared to their very first albums. Of course, tracks like "Rootz" or "Black Athena" are on a whole different level. For me, it's a 4.5.
