I loved this scene so much, the Fuzztones, Gravedigger V (a spin-off of the Morlocks), the Italians Pikes In Panic, and Sorge's Electric Eye, which during those years produced, among other things, a raw gem of rare beauty like "Son Of Fantasy" by the Californians SS-20. A beautiful page, a valuable testimony of an intense, fascinating musical moment that passed just as quickly as a summer rain, unknown to many.

I listen to the cover of "Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go" with great pleasure (and curiosity!). The usual brilliant and well-written page fully achieves its purpose: to entice listening.
P.S. "High Fidelity," a book I read (and re-read a few years ago), has unearthed a container of memories and emotions...
