The problem lies in that "obviously"..

You say, for example, "if a woman has been drinking, she is clearly available for sex," implying that, obviously, that is not the case..

Well, it is "obvious" that it is not the case.. And, since I don't believe that the DeB is made up of a plethora of violent and infamous men, it seems to me that I am not saying anything that is not already known..
