But like, has anyone made an album a "collage" like the Vampire Rodents used to do for a piece?
It probably has nothing to do with it, but I thought of this while reading your text..

Really beautiful... And then you say some things that I completely agree with: "Illusion upon illusion, that's how human communication unfolds. Impossible to open one's heart, impossible to understand and be understood."..

Anyway, I really need to get around to reading Sandro Penna sooner or later... A gap that I sense should be filled..

It is not enough for Power to crush an individual to define a situation as "kafkian." The heterogenesis of ends and the "unfortunate circumstances" lie outside the kafkian universe.

The Power narrated by Kafka is inscrutable, condemning without clarifying the charges, offering no explanations, annihilating existences with the same inevitability as the sun rising and setting.

Kafka's Power is what we call "life on earth": it will touch us all to end up under its hammer, and we will feel like Joseph K., in the grip of a nightmare that we cannot explain and against which every attempt at defense will be futile. And all of us, when the final hour arrives, will scream "like a dog" as the knife sinks into the flesh. And we will have known nothing.

I haven't seen the movie, but from how you describe it, the protagonist heads toward his ruin due to a gigantic "qui pro quo," and the gears of Power crush him for a very specific reason, perhaps wrong but specific.

In Kafka, Power follows paths and has motivations that are beyond our understanding.

Sure, "You can read about Amyl And The Sniffers' new album everywhere, from Onda Rock to Indie For Bunnies, from Pitchfork to Rolling Stone"... I don't care! Much better told by you... And anyway, if we're really talking about a baby of Warsaw... Those ones? Yes, you assure me it's true...

For me, it's a no.
You revisited the text without trying to capture the sound; a non-review like this makes little sense to me.
Oh, and too many clichés.

The truly incredible thing is that this album is 40 (forty!) years old..

Anyway, this string of albums, one after the other, from the same band is almost moving...
And please believe me: I'm not being sarcastic.
There’s a stubbornness here reminiscent of the medieval scribes who copied texts while the barbarians were burning the monastery walls.

“massimo rispetto.”
