Listened to it (thanks to your lovely page) and liked it. I struggle to hear the “experimental sounds”; I found the Radiohead in the tracks you rightly pointed out (rather weak tracks). I only find the comparison to Fontaines from a geographical and vocal standpoint. The mood of the album is much more subdued compared to their Dublin counterparts.
Beautiful, I’ll listen to their first work soon as well…

Oh my goodness, you’re such bell ringers... a series watched at 11 PM with people often speaking softly in a strange language about not-so-interesting stuff... it makes me fall asleep (and I ended up in bed reading Eco's The Pendulum and by the second sentence I was sleeping like a rock)...

It made me sleep, the Neapolitan murmur lulls me to sleep. The protagonist is beautiful, the soundtrack is beautiful, Golino was beautiful, the review is beautiful...

Having seen the film (which I liked, it's almost two and a half hours!), I've already moved on to the book. It's a storyline I've never tackled before...the book seems nice but a bit light.

I'm copying and pasting Annette's comment. Actually, just read above since it will be quicker and save us some BYTE, which are quite expensive these days.

Wonderful book, I watched the movie while reading it! Even though Rosi is a guarantee...

Among my favorite films... perfection.

Beautiful, I could watch it again right now… the documentary style gives it a continuous aura of melancholy/sadness…

You couldn't have given yourself a better gift than meeting Bill... someone who, the older he gets, the more he produces masterful albums. And over time, he loses his gloom, dissonances, sinister melancholy... perhaps (for me) the best of American singer-songwriter music.

If I were you, I would go back to the past and try to rewrite it…whisky forever.
