@trattore, let's get back to talking about cartoons, <<which is better!>> (as Smurf Brainy said)

Cast and roles more perfectly matched than ever. I agree with @Teenagel on everything, even if for me it remains a true masterpiece just like Scarface and Carlito.

Mara Cubeddu was the singer of the Daniel Sentacruz Ensemble, you know, the ones behind "Soleado."

Yes, I know him by reputation, but I’ve never seen much of his work aside from a few sporadic episodes, plus he’s the same author as "Occhi di gatto." I’d say that’s enough; I won’t delete anything more, my discussion was mainly about quality. It’s true that the emotional factor plays a big role as well. It’s normal for TV themes to echo our more carefree age. Whether there’s a gap of 5, 10, or 20 years, or generational differences, they remain indelible memories.

These were what I meant in comment 143 when I talked about mediocrity. Since the early '90s, D'Avena has ingloriously descended into a truly shabby pop scene of low quality. I save little from it, among which: "Mistero della pietra azzurra," "Peter Pan," or "Il libro della giungla." Compare that Cristina to this period 1983-85 when she was an obscure nobody:

It's the theme song of the third series, the least beautiful one, released here in '87. I was in third grade. By less beautiful, I obviously mean the series. Horrible drawings. However, I've always liked the song.

So here you go, check out these masterpieces written in the '70s for Lupin III:

Regarding D'Avena, I risk reaching a point of no return that would touch upon the major commercial operation regarding the character that took place in the second half of the '80s, a period when the songs he performed no longer had that magic of the previous decade. I believe Denver is from '89; I still have the original cassette of "Fivelandia 7." I prefer tracks like "Piccolo Lord" (also from '89) or "E' quasi magia Jonny," where the arrangements are more refined. In my opinion, Denver is rather crude like many others from that period. But, of course, it's a matter of taste.

But then it's really me who's getting old. Here's a nice memory of Zelig's ancestor:
Voto:
It's a funky track that risks sinking into the usual recycled pop, I'm not too convinced for now. Well... I'll refrain from giving it a rating, it would be too easy to throw a blunt judgment on someone who releases a song. However, I will rate the review and not too enthusiastically because it doesn't say anything noteworthy, I don't know... for example, a bit of background on the new character, their tastes, their musical inspirations.
