John Gray Gli uomini vengono da Marte, le donne da Venere

I expected your reaction: I took a look at the book here and there, enough to make me hesitant to read it fully, and as I said before, just the title is enough to make you throw up your hands. Maybe I seem biased, but I always look at manuals that claim to teach us how to live with skepticism, and often justified skepticism at that. Your review isn’t bad, nor is it poorly written, but really, too many clichés—please don’t take offense. Take Nes’s comments to heart; it’s a piece of advice I’m giving you. Hasta la vista!

I really like the first three, but I only know them. The fact that they've transitioned from structural anarchy to a more traditional song form leaves me a bit disappointed, but I think I'll give them a listen. Excellent and knowledgeable review.

Well done! I'm glad to hear about Kris's return, as he is a talented actor and singer-songwriter. I'll listen to him. Johnny Cash, I don't know why, has never managed to get under my skin.

I only know "L'eau rouge" and it's a really beautiful album in my opinion, original and eclectic, but perhaps it's the Young Gods who are eclectic because I also listened to another CD from a friend, the title of which escapes me, and it was completely different from Eau Rouge, electronic and pissed off, almost industrial.

Oh my goodness, what are you reading, reviewer, what are you reading? Even the title is intentionally designed to bait the gullible. I'm not saying you're gullible, but I feel compelled to label this work and review as "miasmatic muddle of asinine clichés" (quote). You can do better, believe me!

No no, I’m not calling you crazy, Kurt; Will really makes a great impression here, especially since the smooth-talking character suits him well. I'm glad I encouraged you to watch it; that was my intention, to get people interested in this little gem. x Alia: Stockard is always great; I hope you admired her in that wonderful film by Wayne Wang, written and scripted by Paul Auster, which is "Smoke." Thanks, everyone.

"The continuous search for the landscape representations so dear to Australian filmmakers" makes me think of Peter Weir. Good review, I trust what you say, so I don't think I'll watch the film.

This immediately falls among my favorites. I haven't read the book yet, and I am ashamed of it.

I see that you're a fan of Brazilian music, given your many reviews on the subject. Most of the artists you've reviewed are unfamiliar to me, but I enjoy Brazilian songwriting even though I'm not really an expert. Do you like Milton Nascimento? Beth Carvalho? Gal Costa? Beautiful review, lovely personal profile, and your comments are enjoyable too. I'll try to get something you suggest, like this CD.
