Really beautiful and heartfelt... The Eternal is one of the most desperately beautiful things I have ever heard... Ian's voice and that piano tear at the soul. I've been listening to them for 3 days now; I don't know, maybe the wintry, rainy atmosphere makes me melancholic, and also because music doesn't have to be just joy or high but can also be pain and suffering. One note: Staglieno is not near Genoa, it is actually Genoa; it's a semi-peripheral neighborhood. I don't love going to cemeteries, but I confess that the curiosity to see the cover of Closer has often assailed me. And to think that I'm from Marassi, the neighborhood adjacent to Staglieno.

You always try to squeeze blood from turnips... I didn’t even know it existed and I won't listen to it either. I’ll hold on to my memories as they are, tied to just two records that are worth more than 20 from other bands.

Blechtrommel, you made me remember that this cover is the original from the first RCA release, you will find another one adopted later on. I preferred to use this one. I see that you are all in love with Cottonwoodhil, and thank you so much, it’s a masterpiece!

I can't miss this, I really believe it has all the necessary qualities to please me. I just hope it's not impossible to find.

Hahahaha Artrosis is deadly. But where do you find these unknowns (for me at least)? Great proposal this time as well. I'll tell you, catching the difference between Technical-Progressive-Death and Melodic-Death-Metal is not just your problem. The important thing is to keep in mind that it's music; the labels are secondary... Just don't come tell me that Amedeo Minghi is sludge, hehe!

Good morning everyone and thank you so much for the applause, and sorry for the commas thrown in haphazardly; my brain, when I posted the review, had gone off on a trip without even paying for the ticket. I would like to ask if it's possible to change that 1995 to 1973, to avoid confusing those who are unaware of Brainticket and the album; if it’s not possible, that’s fine. GEB: maybe it’s not really your genre, but I assure you there’s a shadow of progressive here, and by the way, I didn’t even classify it in that genre as you can see. Here you won’t find traditional progressive, let’s say; the presence of Hammond and flute is very discreet. SENZASTILE: then in the 80s "Adventure" and "Voyage" were released, as well as solo albums by Vandroogenbroeck that were primarily New Age.

But are we telepathic? I had planned it as my next review. Ivo Avidissimo! The third suite alone is worth a 5. However, I prefer the brazen and sacrilegious improvisation of Yeti.

I missed this one...really great album, the wild percussion and that jazz vibe that never clashes with the psychedelia.

I don't know this album, but I'm familiar with "Electrip" from '69, which I find very interesting, and back then they were called Xhol Caravan. The long suite Raise Up High is full of jazz references.

Come on, who do you think you're fooling? You're so fake, your Italian is improbable even for a Kurd who landed in this country for the first time an hour ago, the deliberately mispronounced names are ridiculous. You're a bluff and you're not funny.
