I read your profile, I haven't laughed like that in a while, I think since I read the profile of the real DeLorenzo. Great!

I haven't seen the show but I've heard Cristiano sing his father many times and he's not bad at all, although, as the years go by, he is increasingly resembling Faber. Smisurata Preghiera is one of the most beautiful things Faber ever created, inspired by a collection of poems by Alvaro Mutis (Maqroll il Gabbiere) and it's the synthesis of the entire album "Anime Salve"; conforming to the masses annihilates and destroys the individual, their freedom to express their ideas independently. Two days ago I stopped at a rest stop and in a big box with CDs piled up on a special offer, among a collection of Pupo, the Pooh, various compilations of 60s and 70s pop, I saw the CD of Creuza De Ma...how sad!

Yes, okay, Velvet and Hawkwind, but this album is a BOMB! There isn't one, I mean one, bad or forgettable song. One of the best works of neopsychedelia of the decade.

Geb lets out a sigh of relief; your hated progressive doesn’t even exist in a 1/16 note here. It’s a great big electronic world album, even danceable, and filled with high-quality rock. Thanks for the great tip, Matacà.

You're welcome, Desade. I wasn't trying to be bossy, believe me. It's just that we Genoese are particular and proud even of our monumental cemetery :)

SUPERSOUL: thank you for the insights. I think you're right about the cover; the RCA label misled me into believing it was the original. Now it perhaps explains the 1995 date provided by the website's editors, as it's the cover of the reissue. I made a mistake, sorry, but I've never owned the original. Thanks also to the other attendees.
