I agree with you, Hardrock, in the sense that I discovered the Vaselines through one of the first books I read about Nirvana, about ten years ago ("L'Angelo Perduto" by Thompson, if I remember correctly). That's also one of the merits I have always recognized in Cobain (and for which I've always "defended" him, as if he needed it). From a football perspective, today's results still leave me excited, even though I had a bit of trouble yesterday. P.S: I'm a Napoli fan!

Hardrock, let's also say that despite being promoted by Cobain, their fate has remained unchanged and unvaried. I'm very attached to them, and this album is paradoxically among the (many) records that I listen to most often or that, whenever I take a break, every time they come back into my headphones is love.
