Look, I never really followed Elisa that much, but I didn’t mind some of her old English songs. However, I’ve always seen her as an artist very eager to please a well-defined segment of the audience, the type "Vasco concert." With this album (I want to specify that I’ve heard a few songs briefly, simply because having listened to music for decades, I think I can immediately recognize a piece of crap when I hear it) she has revealed herself for what she is. That is, a mainstream piece of crap (well, now I’ll say it in a normal voice). Regards

Can I say it? It's always driven me nuts, even when it went "pop."

Nice voice, yes, like many in Italy (just look at those deluded people on X Factor), but this, and I’ll say it loud and clear, is PURE MAINSTREAM CRAP GOOD FOR RADIO 105. There, yes, I said it, so what? vaffanchiù

forgive me, I said "specialized in '90s groups" because it seemed to me that you also wrote that one about Therapy posted on the board... anyway, good job regardless :)

Hey EZ, are you specialized in '90s bands? I guess we’re the same age...great band, the LC. I haven't read any enthusiastic reviews about this, but I have to say yours convinced me. I'll listen and then come back to comment. Bye and well done!

They played in Rome a few days ago and I missed them... I think I’ll be bitter about it for at least a year. Anyway: this is a band that I have loved immensely. "Nurse" and "Troublegum" are the peaks of their career, but "Infernal Love" and this "Semi-detached" are both excellent albums, I would say both deserve a 4. After that, let's forget it. Following the departure of Fyfe Ewing (great drummer), they released a string of mediocre albums. Career in decline, but they remain great. And, I agree with EZ, consistent.

I haven't seen "la proposta," but "le 3 sepolture" is beautiful; I had forgotten about it. However, if we place it in the western genre - set in modern times, then we also need to include "no country for old men."

I fully share your opinions. A film that can be appreciated on multiple levels, intense and moving. Beautiful cinematography and soundtrack.
