Joyless streets, the demiurge is indifferent.

whoever bought the vinyl back in the day, raise your crutches. whoever owns the CD, be as careful as an entomologist. Mr. Marciano, I could love you forever. "the aesthetics of labor is the spectacle of human merchandise"
Virgin Prunes ...If I Die, I Die
Voto:
it's a great record. the live act is impressive, blessed are the old folks like me who attended it. all that's solid melts in the air. we grew old, the time was right. no one will be able to replicate its glory. lewis, perhaps better off, perhaps ulakanakulot. plato the platypus, no reviews ever at that level. adieu.
Miles Davis At Newport 1958
Voto:
We will check if the audience... was small, because besides Miles at the Newport festival in 1958, there were Thelonious Monk, Chuck Berry, Dinah Washington, Gerry Mulligan, Louis Armstrong, Duke Ellington, Sonny Stitt, Chico Hamilton. Just last night I listened to Jazz at the Plaza again... but Dear Uxo, the remedies no, with all that Miles was consuming...
My Chemical Romance The Black Parade
Voto:
People would stop labeling them... I remember the massive launch of Black Parade on MTV, and it really seems to me that it was the marketing from their label that led to the misunderstandings... I’m not sure if the band was consenting or not... that said, the music video seemed of oratorical quality, and the band appeared to be intent on following the path of the younger emo-core brothers (remember the rides like enchanted castle?) and very superficial with the Tim Burton aesthetic. Radio-friendly.
The National High Violet
Voto:
Those who enjoyed Boxer and High Violet will find reassurance here; the entire work, quite sophisticated yet unadulterated, is imbued with the feelings of someone who has a dead cat at home. The singing has its lurid charm, the drumming reminiscent of Heart and Soul (for example, in Lemonworld) hits like a pleasure, just the way I like it. Awaiting the new Interpol.
Miles Davis 1958 Miles
Voto:
At the end of the engagement, the relationships between the musicians had become so strained that Miles (more than irritated during the years 1957-1958, had another fight with Red Garland and was forced to inadequately replace him on piano!) slapped Trane, who was promptly taken on by Monk.
Pat Metheny Bright Size Life
Voto:
In fact, Pat has often alternated food albums (to market's liking) with free tests (and when Song X: Twentieth Anniversary plays, it's a wonder) and avant-garde. Stiff and straight as poles, we gladly await him in media res (American garage, 80/81, the reviewed present), and aside from the recent tangled instrumental self-godeur, it's where he expresses himself best.

Great album. Here and there, it almost lets itself go to singing, on a soft and refined sound carpet. I'm straying from the point, and I proclaim it Great Pussy. Let's stay updated.
