The Doors are difficult material. Morrison was the tip of the iceberg. He was certainly an imposing presence, but those who know the band understand that there was much more behind the scenes than what appeared: blues, jazz, psychedelia, and a visionary taste for art. The review is truly heartfelt, and I'm interested in the book. I'll track it down!

Great review, detailed and well-written; but not boring! I won't comment on the album, I've already done that hehehe.

Thank you all for reading and commenting on the review! This album was truly a surprise for me; in fact, I never appreciated Corpse too much, stopping only at the surface, but this is really a great, very mature, and well-structured work. I extend my gratitude to everyone once again, goodbye, and have a good evening!

For heaven's sake, tastes are tastes, but we need to be a bit careful about generalizing. I admit that double albums often have some filler, but what makes works like "Physical Graffiti," "The Wall," "White Album," etc., unique lies in the atmosphere they create, that aura of concept that refers more to the musical idea than to the themes. In fact, works like these are more of a sum of the styles that, at that particular moment, influenced a band; a kind of centrifuge of passions and musical experiments, so it’s likely that there might be some dips. However, I repeat, generalizing is somewhat unfair. Hi everyone and have a good evening :-)

I wish that the world around me would dedicate to me, at least once, "Annarella": "Leave me here, leave me alone, leave me like this, don't say a word that isn't of love..."

Beautiful review, minimalist as only a fragment of a dream can be. Certain sensations live beneath the skin, they are a kind of sixth sense, and it’s hard to translate them into words; I repeat: stunning writing! Hi and have a good day :-)

Great review, especially for choosing a lesser-explored aspect of Iron Maiden (the transition from Paul Di Anno to Bruce Dickinson). Hello and have a nice day :-)
