I don't understand this habit of identifying the Divine Comedy solely with Hell; okay, it is undoubtedly the most paradigmatic canticle for human beings, but even in the others, from what little I know of them, there’s stuff that deserves to be mentioned. I want to emphasize again that I don't contest the idea of a review of the Divine Comedy (I would never have done it, but you felt like doing it, and hats off) but only the result, which I don't like. There are also some errors here and there, the biggest perhaps being the understanding of the title "Comedia," which, as far as I know, refers to classical tragedy, as a story that begins from a problematic situation and resolves in the end, and because a non-elevated language is used (not Latin but the vernacular) as was the case in classical comedy, unlike tragedy. I'm not trying to be a know-it-all or an erudite, quite the opposite. I know the Divine Comedy only as a student, and therefore I don't know it, and I cannot afford to judge the work and rate it.
