I even added the samples, so I'm pampering you, spoiling you. You're probably thinking, "what the hell are you adding those for when I can go on YouTube and listen to the full tracks in better quality?" Well, losers. Anyway, this is a gem from the very early fabulous nineties, but the WP are not dead by any means; just the other day, Valentina was released, just like you/your beloved/your friend/your mom/your daughter, and it's a really great album. Just wanted to point that out to everyone and to talk about music, which is nice to do every once in a while, right?

Welcome. Well, what can I say: I hope you're eclectic, because this isn't really my cup of tea, but reviews like this are necessary, it was a pleasure to read you. Maybe next time a bit more concise, in the meantime 5.

What the hell is the point of writing a review when you have to tear apart everything they’ve done?? You might feel cool, but I think you don’t get it at all. You’re right, the LPs were over before they even began. And yet they keep on existing... I think you’ve hit the nail on the head: after "A Thousand Suns" they should have continued down that path; instead, they went back to making the rock-pop of "Minutes to Midnight," even if at a higher level, because this album will be mediocre, but not bad. I only got into them after "A Thousand Suns," because before that, aside from a few hits that you can’t help but have heard, I ignored them, and even now the first two albums don't mean much to me. I repeat, "A Thousand Suns" is by far their best work. I disagree with practically everything, but good job. I agree. No fancy words just to sound cool. Let’s be clear: CRAP! Swimming. People shout way too much about giving the stripes. Let’s be clear: LOSS! Network problem?! I’m not trying to be cool! I’ve always liked writing like this! Anyway, one thing is for sure: CRAP!!! I have nothing against you. I just imitated brescio91. ;-)

March Horses: PS: good review

Becoming Yesterday, I think the first LP by the LPs wasn’t bad; I mean for a kid it’s orgasmic, then you grow up... but I don’t think they intended to go beyond that. Dead with that kind of abortion called Reanimation

Aljik: I'm not trying to look cool! I've always liked writing this way! However, one thing is certain: SHIT!!!
extro91: I have nothing against you. I was just mimicking brescio91. ;-)
Aljik: Anyway, your comment is a masterpiece of summary: SHIT!!! Pure shit!
extro91: Ahahahahah Great! We need this enthusiasm!
rdegioann452: shit? Then why waste time writing a review?
extro91: I’ll answer for him... because, although it's a duplicate, it actually expresses a viewpoint that is totally different from the one already made, it seems! So, it's not only USEFUL, but it also expresses the correct view of Linkin Park's music. In cases like this: Fuck de gustibus.

To me, this feels less like a review and more like a rant from someone who criticizes everyone and everything using big words just to look cool and present themselves as the pseudo-intellectual god of music. I agree that the first two albums had their time and they did well to detach themselves from that sound, which would really be tiresome today, but you can't say that this album goes backward; the sound is completely different. Sure, there is a re-approaching in the structure of the lyrics and songs, but let's not say nonsense by claiming they’ve gone backward; rather, they've integrated their old way of making songs with the new sounds found in A Thousand Suns. And then "defined as a metal band"?!? From whom?! Maybe from you; they've never been metal and would never want to be defined as such. And enough with these definitions! Now a band can't make the music they want without stepping outside the label that others have given them?? What the hell is the point of writing a review if you have to tear apart everything they've done?? You feel cool, but I don't think you understand anything.

This feels less like a review and more like a vent from someone who criticizes everyone and everything, using big words just to sound cool and position themselves as the pseudo-intellectual god of music. I agree in saying that the first two albums had their time and they did well to distance themselves from that sound, which today would really have become tiresome. But you can't say this album goes back; the sound is completely different. Sure, there’s a certain revisit in terms of song structure and lyrics, but let’s not kid ourselves saying they've gone backward; rather, they've integrated their old songwriting style with the new sounds discovered with "A Thousand Suns." And then "metal-defined band"?!? By whom?! Maybe by you; they have never been metal, and they wouldn’t even want to be defined as such. And can we stop with these labels? Now a band can't make the music they want to avoid stepping outside the label that others have given them?? What the hell does it make sense to write a review when you have to shoot everything they’ve done to pieces?? Feel cool if you want, but in my opinion, you understand nothing.
