“(you forgot Full Metal Jacket, by the way” I had bet 5 euros with my girlfriend: “you think that if I don’t put in Full Metal Jacket he’ll pick it out?” And, wow, I won!!!) I believe it, that’s why I included it there because it’s the classic film for internet kid cinephilia that adores it, along with Scarface (they still exist), The Godfather, Reservoir Dogs (let’s not forget Tarantino) and company. See, deep down we understand each other?

First of all, welcome back. I left a comment after watching it, on the other review; now, with a clearer mind, I can say that it didn't convince me - even though I found it much, much better than the previous chapter - because it was not gripping enough to be an action movie, not deep enough to be a dramatic film, not suggestive and catastrophic enough to be a "post-apocalyptic" action movie, not dialogued enough to be a psychological thriller, and not rhetorical and epic enough to be a superhero film; not even aesthetically pleasing enough to compensate for its shortcomings. A mess with a thousand pretensions, which fails to satisfy even one of them, in short (just like that colossal shit pseudo-Matrix nonsense of Inception). At times, in many ways, it reminded me of some episodes of my beloved comic PKNA: but damn, that was truly beautiful.
