Gabri, so I suggest you make an appointment with the one on the cover of Come On Pilgrim (http://clicklogin.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2009/05/05f00152bdrimlp.jpg)... I don’t know if I’m being clear :)

I don't really like the review. It's a bit cold and somewhat instructional. In my opinion, you should have put more of yourself into it. He is immense. One of those people capable of making their life and death a work of art... assuming that art exists, of course.

Come on, shaved is an abomination. If I were a woman and found one shaved swimming in my waters, I would cut him and throw him to the Doberman. Alright, he gains inches, but a shaved man is not a man... he's a Malgioglio.

Indeed, last night I enjoyed myself like a bonobo... and not because of Brazil and Kakà, for whom I’d need 50 euros' worth of gas since they really bug me, but precisely because of Lippi and what he represents... that ignorant conservatism, done half-assed, without a reason, just because "that’s how I feel." Cannavaro is another character. Let’s hope he brings his dumb brother to Turin too, who despite being dumb is better than Chiellini, who is really hit in the head. The satisfaction came from De Laurentis, who when he slammed the door in Cannavaro's face added: "We're not a nursing home." All this just to talk... I don’t care about the Italian national team. My national team is Napoli.

Elected, I agree. I generally like films, or rather stories, where the characters are not well-defined... in fact, it could be said that I only enjoy that kind of stories, and the fact that Norton goes from bad to good so quickly and superficially (thus the character is not well-defined, but defined in being either good or bad, making it simple), without any real motivation, without a bit of psychological depth, feels a lot like telenovelas to me, and I don’t like it that way.

Even though Palahniuk (or however you spell it) disgusts me, I find Fight Club much more successful than this... also because it doesn't pretend to carry any moral truth. It's just a story. And I agree with Eletto and with those who agree with him... I liked it the first time, the second time it was sort of okay, the third time it was dark. But don't you find it a bit rhetorical? And isn't that very polyvalent empathy (?) a bit coarse and a bit rhetorical? I do, especially in light of the American ending (which I've never seen, but I've read about) with Norton shaving his head again after his brother’s death and going back to being a skinhead.

A film as deep as an episode of Beautiful. 2 because there's Norton... otherwise, a solid 1.
